i found the staff attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, a testament to the dedication of the housekeeping team. i appreciated the hotel's location near the shopping center. the beach was also accessible with a short and scenic walk, it was great.
the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, it was a bit hard. it would be great with a softer mattress or topper, but was not a big deal.

The staff proved very helpful at all times. My room offered a nice shower with good water pressure. I enjoyed it. Location allows quick access to the shopping center, very convenient, and the beach is at a reasonable walking distance.
The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the hotel. Though it wasn't a big issue.

the hotel had very clean rooms and pool areas. the staff was pleasant (which is always a plus). i liked that the hotel is near a shopping mall and parks. these offered great convenience .
the beds felt hard, and this made it a little difficult to sleep well.

the gym charged extra something like 22 euros per week i found that pretty cheeky it was also quite crowded with few machines the room was a one-bedroom apartment terrace 1-4 pax but lacked heating so it was cold especially at night

Fantastic Family Hotel!

The pools were amazing and always well kept. There were several lifeguards present. I felt my children were very safe. We easily found sunbeds with shade no matter when we went to the pool! The entertainment staff were excellent. They were always friendly and provided lots to do for both adults and kids.
The hotel's location is not the best. It is a bit far from the main strip, a slight inconvenience, but we adapted.
